Job Summary
Lead, develop and guide a district team of branch managers to deliver an exceptional customer and team experience, manage risk and regulatory compliance, drive regional performance across multiple branch locations, interpret and deploy branch performance objectives, collaborate with partners to execute strategic initiatives, manage allocation of people and financial resources for the North Florida region, and foster a culture of talent development to meet business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience
- 3+ years of management or leadership experience
