Job Summary
Manage day-to-day collection operations for a single site or multiple sites, establishing performance metrics and cost management processes while overseeing the P&L. Provide daily support to drivers regarding safety, service, and savings, executing precautions to ensure compliance with Company, OSHA, and regulatory standards. Conduct thorough root cause investigations for injuries and incidents, followed by consistent coaching and retraining. Oversee personnel needs, including selecting, coaching, disciplining, and training employees, while managing termination, compensation, and promotion decisions. Formulate short-term and long-term goals with senior leadership and participate in P&L reviews to ensure budget adherence. Interact with local city, municipal, and county agencies to improve efficiency, renew contracts, and establish the company as a valued corporate citizen. Requires an associate's degree, two years of supervisory experience, and a valid driver's license with a clean record.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree
- High School Diploma or GED
- two (2) years relevant of work experience
- 2 years in a role with supervisory and/or P&L responsibility
- Valid driver's license
- clean driving record
