Job Summary
Plan workforce levels across delivery, warehouse, and office locations while ensuring compliance with internal policies and customer SOPs. Achieve financial goals and maintain Customer KPIs by guiding assigned locations to meet performance standards and audit results. Develop relationships with local management, client field personnel, and key customers to drive results. Assist with new location start-ups, cover management vacations, and ensure safe, clean, and organized work environments. Travel as required to monitor performance, manage maintenance expenses, and verify inventory accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 3 years management experience in a related field
- Must possess excellent verbal, written, communication skills
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Able to articulate a high desire of achievement
- Self-motivated
- Willingness to stretch personal goals
Desired Qualifications
- College degree in business
- Equivalent work experience
- Experience working with a 3PL Company in a home delivery environment
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office products; Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of company policies, practices and customer related matters
- Home appliance knowledge
