Job Summary
District Manager oversees and supervises all store operations within the assigned district, driving sales, profitability, and cost control while developing employees for growth. Responsibilities include managing multiple store operations within budget, leading and engaging the team, communicating the company mission and values, setting standards for customer service, delivering programs, and representing ACE in area opportunities. Requires travel across the district, strong leadership, financial acumen (P&L), and excellent communication. Preferred bilingual Spanish. Full-time with benefits and PTO; 401k and training offered.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience as a multi-unit manager or 5 years as a GM in a high-volume big box retailer
- 3-5 years of demonstrated leadership
- Ability to travel across the assigned district as necessary
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
- Strong understanding of financial aspects of retail business and multi-unit P&L responsibility
- Excellent communication and organization skills
