District Manager

Develop, administer, and control revenue and expense budgets while analyzing profit & loss statements and submitting variance reports. Manage monthly inventories, order goods, and oversee vendor relationships to sustain revenue growth and account retention. Lead general managers through interviews, performance reviews, and progressive disciplinary procedures, ensuring all team members follow procedures and uniform standards. Facilitate sales and marketing objectives, maintain relationships with competitive properties and local organizations, and ensure guest satisfaction and security needs are met. Conduct GM performance reviews, review hourly employee hours, and authorize direct bill accounts with supervisor approval.
