District Manager

Oversee multiple restaurant locations within the district, leading, coaching, and developing restaurant managers to drive operational excellence, strong guest service, and a positive, family-oriented workplace culture. Responsibilities include recruiting and hiring store managers, mentoring leadership, identifying opportunities for improvement, solving day-to-day operational challenges, driving sales growth and financial performance (including P&L management and budgeting), ensuring brand consistency and marketing alignment across locations, maintaining food safety and workplace standards, and serving as the primary liaison between locations and company leadership to implement promotions and strategic priorities.
