Job Summary
Oversee daily operations across all assigned Rochester market stores, ensuring consistent execution of organizational standards and operational excellence. Lead districtwide planning, prioritize initiatives supporting sales growth and efficiency, and conduct regular store visits to assess performance, ensure compliance, and provide coaching. Own district-level financial results including revenue, labor management, and profitability while analyzing data to identify trends and develop action plans with Store Team Leaders. Champion a culture of exceptional customer service, represent Goodwill of the Finger Lakes in community partnerships, and implement new operational processes to improve productivity. Provide direct supervision to Store Team Leaders, manage workforce planning and scheduling, and lead districtwide recruitment efforts to build a strong talent pipeline.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree
- Bachelor's degree
- Equivalent education and experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a retail environment
- Multi-units experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience with E-Commerce listing/buying/selling practices and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
- Ability to read and write reports
- Ability to compile data
