Job Summary
District Manager to lead multi-unit retail sales teams across Kansas City, KS locations; responsible for maximizing sales, building a sales-first culture, hiring and developing talent, coaching on consultative selling, leading from the sales floor, and traveling 25-50% to support peak hours and store operations. Must drive performance metrics, open new locations, and maintain strong customer experiences while setting the example on the sales floor.
Required Qualifications
- Have 5+ years of retail sales leadership experience in commission-based environments
- Bring 3+ years of experience leading multi-unit teams
- Know how to recruit, train, and inspire high-performing sales teams
- Understand how to drive KPIs while creating a culture of ownership and fun
- Are excited to roll up their sleeves, lead from the sales floor, and model behaviors
- Can travel 25–50% within their assigned territory
