Job Summary
Oversee operations and provide leadership for multiple car washes by working with site general managers, regional teams, and centralized support to ensure facilities, equipment, inventory, marketing, sales, service, and safety meet standards while managing costs. Partner with market leaders and Human Resources to hire, train, coach, and hold site general managers accountable for meeting financial and performance targets, while building high-performing teams and preparing individuals for future leadership roles. Promote excellent customer service, drive sales growth, and proactively solve operational, people, sales, and profit challenges. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with a bachelor's degree preferred, three years of management experience, and car wash experience strongly preferred. Starting at $73,000 base salary plus a 20% annual bonus.
