Job Summary
Lead district-wide strategy for 8–15 stores, driving top-line revenue, profitability, and brand awareness across vintage and classic concepts. Execute market-specific business strategies to support customer acquisition, retention, and operational excellence while partnering with cross-functional teams to strengthen market share. Spend approximately 80% of time in stores coaching Store Managers, conducting business reviews, and reinforcing sales execution and service behaviors. Champion clienteling initiatives, analyze customer data and NPS feedback, and build succession pipelines for key leadership positions. Ensure consistent adherence to operational standards, visual merchandising, and inventory practices while leading change initiatives. Strengthen brand presence in Central and Midwest markets by fostering an inclusive culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
