Job Summary
District Manager for Firehouse Subs in the Austin area overseeing 5+ locations. Lead, mentor, and develop General Managers and their teams; drive operational excellence, sales growth, traffic, and profitability; ensure top-tier guest service and adherence to brand standards; optimize labor, food cost, scheduling, and inventory; implement company initiatives and training programs; foster a positive, engagement-driven culture; analyze performance metrics and create action plans for continuous improvement; support new store openings, remodels, and ongoing brand development.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience (QSR or Fast Casual preferred)
- Strong ability to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable
- Proven track record of improving operations and achieving sales goals
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- A hands-on, people-first management style
- Ability to travel between Austin-area stores regularly
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
