Job Summary
District Manager leading multi-site healthcare operations with responsibility for coaching and developing staff, recruitment/retention, and improving processes across Chronic Care Management, Value-Based Care, Remote Patient Monitoring, Pharmacy, Integrated Care, and Specialty Services. Drive strategic and financial performance, define and monitor KPIs, and ensure patient-centered service delivery. Oversee cross-site operations, interdepartmental coordination, and ongoing process improvements; role requires leadership, project management, and strong communication skills; EHR and operational-system proficiency expected; bilingual Spanish or Mandarin preferred to engage Houston’s diverse patient population.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of healthcare leadership experience
- Experience overseeing multi-site operations, healthcare service lines, or care management programs preferred
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR), Microsoft Office Suite, and other operational systems
- Bilingual in Spanish or Mandarin is highly preferred
