District Manager responsible for driving both top-line (sales) and bottom-line (profit) performance within the assigned territory, overseeing branch operations, sales, and customer service; lead recruitment, training, coaching, and development of branch teams; ensure 100% on-time order fulfillment across branches; communicate expectations and empower teams with tools and resources; manage regional growth goals, policy adherence, and client relationships; travel between branches as needed while leveraging cross-functional collaboration and strong Microsoft Office skills.
