Job Summary
As a District Manager at Dunkin’ Donuts, you will administer, direct, and oversee the effective recruitment and development of employees across 5 to 6 stores. You will ensure the implementation of operational standards including order accuracy, speed of service, product quality, and guest service. Responsibilities include leading operational excellence, driving sales growth, managing controllables, and building team talent through effective training and communication. Candidates should possess 1-3 years of multi-unit management experience, preferably in a Quick Service Restaurant, and be able to work flexibly including nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years in a multi-unit management capacity in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a quick service restaurant (QSR) is preferred
- Open/Flexible Schedule (willing to work nights/weekends)
- Serve-Safe Certified
