Job Summary
Conduct Daily Business Reviews on every restaurant call to drive sales and profit performance. Recruit and hire management to staff all restaurants while maintaining a bench for future growth. Teach, train, and coach teams to ensure Quality, Friendliness, Cleanliness, Accuracy, and Speed of Service. Audit inventory quarterly and review weekly paperwork to attain the District P&L Budget Plan. Lead new product training and execute marketing plans including POP and menu board installations. Work lunch and dinner shifts to provide exceptional guest service through Shift Leadership and systems. Complete the Arby's Manager and General Manager Training Programs, followed by a six-month hands-on operational assignment at a restaurant location. Demonstrate proficiency in restaurant operations and leadership readiness before assuming district-level responsibility.
Required Qualifications
- Successfully complete the Arby's Manager Training Program (MTP)
- Successfully complete the Arby's General Manager Training Program (GMTP)
- Successfully complete all required training, certifications, and operational expectations established by DRM and Arby's
- Work in an assigned DRM Arby's restaurant location for a minimum of six (6) months
- Demonstrate proficiency in restaurant operations
- Demonstrate proficiency in restaurant leadership
- Demonstrate proficiency in guest service
- Demonstrate proficiency in staffing
- Demonstrate proficiency in training
- Demonstrate proficiency in financial performance
- Demonstrate proficiency in operational systems
- Demonstrate satisfactory performance and readiness for district-level leadership
