Job Summary
Conduct Daily Business Reviews on every restaurant call and drive sales and profit performance through operational expertise. Teach and coach teams to deliver Quality, Friendliness, Cleanliness, Accuracy, and Speed of Service, while ensuring 100% staffing levels with effective scheduling. Recruit and hire management, execute marketing plans including POP and menu boards, and audit inventory quarterly. Lead new product training, prepare annual sales and profit forecasts, and maintain equipment using approved vendors. Complete the Arby's Manager and General Manager Training Programs, work a minimum of six months in a restaurant location, and demonstrate proficiency in leadership and financial controls before assuming district responsibilities.
