Job Summary
District Manager to oversee 15 store teams across the assigned area, driving profitability, customer service, safety, and compliance. Manages merchandising, operations, and expense programs; coaches and develops store managers; recruits and builds a high-performing team; drives sales, budgeting, and objective fulfillment; implements processes for operational consistency; ensures audits, safety, and a customer-first culture; travel up to 50% with occasional overnight stays to support district operations.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid Driver’s License is required
- At least 5 years retail experience with at least 2 years of multi-store experience is required
- Strong leadership and motivational skills along with the ability to build an effective team is required
- Ability to analyze, organize and present information and focus on results is required
- Strong business acumen and communication skill are required
- Human resources and asset protection skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Process management skills
- Ability to work in Microsoft Office is required
- Ability to regularly lift up to 55 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height is required
- Ability to handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
