Job Summary
Drive store success and profitability across at least 15 locations while overseeing merchandising, operations, and expense control programs. Lead, coach, and mentor store managers to build a high-performing team, source new leadership, and develop short- and long-term objectives. Conduct regular safety audits, manage operational budgets, and maintain a compliant work environment with consistent customer service standards. Travel up to 50% of the time, including occasional overnight stays, to support district-wide store operations. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and at least five years of retail experience with two years in multi-store management. Full-time role in Du Bois, Pennsylvania.
