Lead at least 15 store teams across the assigned area by driving store success, profitability, and customer service while ensuring a safe, compliant environment. Oversee merchandising, operations, and expense control programs to meet business objectives, and lead, coach, and mentor store managers to build a high-performing team. Source, recruit, hire, and develop store managers within the district, implementing established processes to maintain operational consistency. Manage operational budgets, conduct regular safety audits, and champion a customer-first mindset with up to 50% travel including occasional overnight stays. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and at least five years retail experience with two years in multi-store management. Full-time role in Norfolk, Virginia, with a salary range of $79,000 to $97,000.
