Job Summary
District Manager at Dollar Tree oversees operations of multiple stores within a district, partnering with Store Managers to lead, develop, and drive store performance. Responsibilities include developing store leaders, analyzing district sales results, maintaining inventory and merchandising presentation, recruiting and training associates, managing payroll hours, conducting store audits to ensure cash control and shrinkage management, ensuring professional and safe store environments, building relationships with associates and communities, and traveling up to 50% (with occasional overnight stays) to support operations across the district.
