Job Summary
Oversee district store operations in partnership with Store Managers, developing leaders and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Analyze district sales results and trends to increase sales, manage inventory and merchandizing to maximize performance, recruit and train new associates, and ensure payroll, cash control, and store audits are maintained. Foster growth and development of associates, build meaningful relationships with staff and communities, and travel up to 50% to support operations across the district; role requires leadership, merchandising, recruiting, communication, and strong people-management skills, with emphasis on safety and a professional environment.
Required Qualifications
- Leadership and supervisory experience required
- Experience with merchandising required
- Recruiting experience required
- Excellent communication skills required
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform manual tasks (walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling)
- Multi-unit retail management experience preferred
