Drive store profitability and operational consistency across 15 locations by overseeing merchandising, expense control, and safety compliance. Lead, coach, and recruit store managers to build a high-performing team while implementing programs that ensure operational excellence. Manage operational budgets, conduct regular audits, and champion a customer-first mindset to meet business objectives. Travel up to 50% of the time with occasional overnight stays to support district-wide store operations. Requires a bachelor's degree preferred, valid driver's license, and 5+ years of retail experience including 2+ years in multi-store management. Required Qualifications
