Drive store profitability and safety across 15 locations by overseeing merchandising, operations, and expense control programs. Lead, coach, and mentor store managers to meet business objectives while recruiting and developing a high-performing team. Conduct regular audits to ensure operational consistency and compliance, managing operational budgets to optimize performance. Travel up to 50% of the time with occasional overnight stays to support store operations. Requires a high school diploma or GED, five years of retail experience with two years in multi-store settings, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 55 lbs. Full-time role in Davenport, Iowa.
