Job Summary
District Manager / KAM for Government Business responsible for acquiring and servicing government clients across municipal bodies, state governments, embassies, and defense/public authorities. Drive cross-sell of products like Term Deposits, Loans, CMS, and Fees Collection; achieve monthly and annual targets; develop and maintain client relationships; identify new business opportunities; organize and attend client meetings with product presentations; work closely with Branch Banking to ensure service excellence; travels within Telangana to visit clients and satisfy MIS/analytic reporting requirements. Requires 7-8+ years of banking experience, solid knowledge of government schemes and banking processes, strong product knowledge in CMS, PFMS/SNA/CNA accounts, and MBA/postgraduate qualification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 7-8 years of relevant work experience
- handling a sizable GB CASA book
- MBA or postgraduate degree preferred
- banking knowledge and familiarity with PFMS/SNA/CNA accounts
- knowledge of state and central government schemes
- good network with state government officials
- CMS products
