Job Summary
Lead field-based dermatology sales operations across Las Vegas, Fresno, and Santa Barbara by coordinating in-field activity, maximizing market and team dynamics, and driving top- and bottom-line results. Develop and communicate market perspectives, coach and develop direct and indirect reports, and partner with internal teams on business planning. Maintain mastery of product and disease-state information, understand Managed Care dynamics, and ensure HCIR credentialing requirements are met to gain access to facilities. Demonstrate AbbVie Ways of Working, deliver strategic leadership to promote a culture of winning, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience
- HCIR credentialing requirements including background checks, immunizations, fingerprinting, and state/city licenses as applicable
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment drug screen
- Proven District Manager leadership with pharmaceutical sales management experience
- Ability to articulate scientific aspects of treatments and therapeutic areas
- Ability to deliver candid, effective feedback and manage performance
- Strong business analysis and planning skills to drive sales performance
