Job Summary
The District Manager is responsible for managing daily operations to achieve sales, profits, customer satisfaction, and human resource management objectives. Key responsibilities include ensuring proper staffing levels, developing management training, maintaining food safety procedures, maximizing sales and profits through budgeting and marketing strategies, and evaluating store performance. Essential qualifications include a High School diploma, over five years of restaurant operations experience, strong knowledge of financial analysis, and effective supervisory skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma required
- Minimum of 5 years restaurant operations experience in the restaurant industry
- Multi-unit restaurant management experience preferred
- Ability to learn and apply HR Policies and Procedures
- P&L analysis and corrective measures
- Demonstrated experience in Supervisory practices
- Demonstrated experience Interviewing and identifying High Performing candidates
- Knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local employment laws
- Ability to execute training and development practices
- Ability to satisfactorily complete recommended training programs such as Serve Safe and Phase Training
Desired Qualifications
- College degree preferred
- Food Safety Certification
- Ability to learn and apply the standard operating procedures of the Company
- Demonstrated strong PC skills
