Job Summary
Oversee operations of multiple stores in partnership with Store Managers, developing leaders who exceed customer expectations. Analyze district sales results and trends to increase revenue while maintaining inventory mix and merchandise presentation. Partner with store managers to recruit and train new associates, manage payroll hours, and ensure cash control through regular audits. Monitor inventory shrinkage, foster associate growth into leadership roles, and provide exceptional customer service to maintain professional, safe environments. Travel up to 50% of the time with occasional overnight stays to support store operations across the district.
Required Qualifications
- Leadership and supervisory experience
- Experience with merchandising
- Previous recruiting experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height
- Ability to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Multi-unit retail management experience
