Job Summary
District Manager to oversee yard operations in Dallas/Fort Worth. Lead and supervise drivers, yard workers, and technicians; coordinate routes with the Planning Department to optimize pick-ups and deliveries; analyze routing efficiency, labor, overtime, fuel, and customer care metrics; collaborate with other departments to ensure strong communication within the division; coordinate asset transfers with the Fleet Director; maintain staffing to meet branch needs; assist Events Director with logistics for special events; review driver paperwork for accuracy; approve payroll-related punches and time-off requests; administer the safety program for the driver function; coordinate safety training with Safety & HR; drive/operate a company vehicle; requires leadership experience and a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a District Manager or similar role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple locations and teams
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent
- Valid Drivers’ License or similar classification to operate a pump truck required
