Job Summary
Oversee entire restaurant operations across multiple locations, managing financial performance, product production, inventory, personnel, and sales while ensuring adherence to established operational guidelines. Make final decisions on matters of importance, enforce PRIDE systems and routines, and develop the restaurant's game plan through collaboration with the Director of Operation. Ensure guest service meets company standards by overseeing complaint resolution and driving sales via local chamber and school partnerships. Train and develop assistant managers and hourly employees through orientations, performance feedback, and reviews, while maintaining effective management schedules to ensure proper staffing for all day parts and sales volumes. Manage multi-unit restaurant P&L to optimize profit, controlling COGS, labor, and controllables. Maintain positive relationships with management teams to foster a cooperative climate that maximizes morale, productivity, and efficiency.
