Job Summary
Oversee and optimize operations across multiple store locations within the district to drive efficient, profitable performance. Enforce company policies and procedures, develop positive customer and community relations, and implement company programs accurately and promptly. Lead, motivate, train, review, and retain store staff, communicating information to employees in a timely and precise manner. Requires multi-store management experience, strong leadership, communication, and HR-related capabilities; high school diploma or GED is required.
