Job Summary
District Manager for Firehouse Subs in Austin overseeing approximately 5 locations. Lead, mentor, and develop 5+ General Managers and their teams; ensure operational excellence; drive sales growth, traffic, and profitability; deliver top-tier guest service and uphold brand standards; optimize labor, food cost, scheduling, and inventory; implement company initiatives and training programs; foster a positive culture; analyze performance metrics and create action plans for continuous improvement; support new store openings, remodels, and ongoing brand development; requires travel between Austin-area stores regularly and a hands-on, people-first leadership style.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience (QSR or Fast Casual preferred)
- Strong ability to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable
- Proven track record of improving operations and achieving sales goals
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- A hands-on, people-first management style
- Ability to travel between Austin-area stores regularly
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
