District Manager [CT]

District Manager responsible for leading multiple Bareburger restaurant operations with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service, high-quality food, food safety, sanitation, and profitability. Key duties include establishing restaurant business plans by surveying demand and community needs, forecasting and budgeting to meet financial objectives, developing and executing marketing and community-relations programs, overseeing inventory and supplier contracts, enforcing SOPs and health/safety standards, and driving operational improvements. The role requires recruiting, training, coaching, and evaluating management staff; maintaining daily communications across restaurant teams; and ensuring compliance with wage, hour, and liquor laws. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, budget management, process improvement, cost accounting, and proficiency with POS systems and digital tools, with experience in third-party delivery platforms and guest recovery.
