Oversee multiple Crunch Fitness locations within the Fort Worth market by driving sales, revenue growth, and member retention while ensuring operational excellence. Build and coach high-performance leadership teams, inspiring staff to deliver an exceptional member experience aligned with our "No Judgments" philosophy. Spend the initial six months mastering club-level systems and culture before transitioning into full multi-site leadership. This role requires travel within your market as needed and thrives in a fast-paced, high-reward environment. Required Qualifications
- Proven multi-site fitness leadership experience
- Track record of hitting and exceeding sales & performance targets
- Ability to recruit, inspire, and retain top talent
