Job Summary
Lead operational management and financial performance for a geographic district generating $12-30M+ in revenue, overseeing multiple sites or clients. Establish ownership of P&L statements, manage budgets, and drive revenue growth while ensuring safety, sanitation, and quality standards across all units. Build client rapport, facilitate new business and retention activities, and coach teams to achieve shared operational goals. Travel frequently to client sites to monitor progress, address contractual obligations, and maintain compliance with all applicable policies and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience, typically acquired over 5-10 years
- P&L responsibility within the hospitality, retail, facilities, direct store delivery or food and beverage industries
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Broad knowledge of management practices
- Business judgement
- Client/consumer interaction
- Ability to hire, assess, develop and grow hard-working talent
- Comfortable reading, understanding, and implementing contractual requirements
- Identifying opportunities within contract terms and conditions to address operational issues
- Communication and teamwork skills to work with all levels on the organization from the front line associate through leadership
- Proven success in a repeatable business model
- Leading through change and turnaround initiatives
- Bachelor?s degree
