Job Summary
Oversee end-to-end doorstep trash collection operations across multiple residential properties, including new community rollouts, team building and field leadership, scheduling, and client relationships. Lead a mixed white- and blue-collar workforce, hire/train porters to CCS standards, conduct on-site audits, manage payroll documentation and compliance, and ensure nightly execution and coverage for 7 days a week with peak hours 6pm-12am. Travel to neighboring markets may be required. Key responsibilities include coordinating with property managers, building and maintaining client relationships, handling equipment distribution and safety gear, responding to on-site issues, maintaining nightly reporting and employee documentation, and assisting in community onboarding. Desired skills include hands-on leadership, proactive problem solving, effective communication, people and process management in a fast-paced environment, and a willingness to lead from the front and roll up sleeves when needed. Benefits and compensation include base salary ($55k-$60k/year), quarterly performance-based bonus ($5k), company vehicle, health insurance, 401(k) with 4% match, and opportunities to grow as new districts are developed.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading field operations or operations management in service/logistics sectors
- Proven ability to hire/train staff and manage schedules
