Job Summary
Oversee multiple commercial cleaning locations in the Miami Area by managing teams, conducting site inspections, and resolving operational deficiencies. Establish client relationships, screen and hire staff, and train custodial technicians while monitoring attendance and conducting performance reviews. Handle emergency on-call situations for evenings and weekends, manage daily staffing schedules, and submit service requests to the office. Track KPIs within the region, create supply orders, and report accidents or injury incidents. Requires fluent English and Spanish, a clean DMV report, and experience in the commercial cleaning industry.
Required Qualifications
- Must speak fluent English and Spanish
- Detail oriented and strong communication skills (email, phone)
- Results oriented: the ability to resolve challenges and emergencies at a moments notice
- Multi task oriented: The ability to handle multiple projects at a time
- Customer focused with a can-do approach to problem solving
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Working Knowledge of email, spreadsheets, smartphone and relevant software applications
- Strong unwavering ability to use technology
- Clean DMV report & License
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be considered for employment
