Job Summary
Oversee multiple commercial cleaning locations in the Miami Area by conducting regular site inspections, resolving deficiencies within 24 hours, and managing daily staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage. Lead team operations through hiring, onboarding, training custodial technicians, and addressing performance issues while monitoring employee time and attendance. Handle emergency on-call situations for evenings and weekends, create supply orders, and report accidents or injuries immediately. Manage KPIs within the region, perform weekly payroll, and submit service requests to the office. Requires fluent English and Spanish, a clean DMV report, and strong administrative skills.
Required Qualifications
- Must speak fluent English and Spanish
- Detail oriented and strong communication skills (email, phone)
- Results oriented: the ability to resolve challenges and emergencies at a moments notice
- Multi task oriented: The ability to handle multiple projects at a time
- Customer focused with a can-do approach to problem solving
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Working Knowledge of email, spreadsheets, smartphone and relevant software applications
- Strong unwavering ability to use technology
- Clean DMV report & License
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be considered for employment
- On-Call for Emergency situations/calls - evenings and weekends
