Job Summary
District Manager - Collections manages day-to-day collection operations for a single site and multiple Lines of Business, maintains performance and productivity metrics, oversees P&L, and leads operations, safety, and contract activities. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coaching and training, ensuring safety/compliance (OSHA and standards), conducting root-cause investigations, managing budgets and cost control, and coordinating with city/municipal authorities to renew/secure contracts and improve customer satisfaction. The role reports to Senior District Manager/Director of Collection Operations and supports drivers and field operations to achieve safety and service goals.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree OR High School Diploma or GED, plus two (2) years relevant work experience
- 2 years in a role with supervisory and/or P&L responsibility (in addition to education requirement)
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Must be able to maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record throughout the duration of employment in this position
