Job Summary
Oversee 10-15 stores in the Southern NB area, ensuring profitable operations, execution of company programs and promotions, and adherence to policies. Lead recruitment and development of store operators and corporate managers; monitor sales, inventory, loss prevention, and compliance with health and safety and government regulations. Drive training, market meetings, and communications through proper channels, while maintaining P&L responsibility and coordinating with Support Office, district managers, and business partners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or related field preferred or equivalent combination of post-secondary education and experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of management experience in retail and/or food services environment
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and superior communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Current valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
