Job Summary
Oversees operations of multiple company-owned restaurants, ensuring compliance with standards in guest relations, food and labor costs, and safety regulations. Recruits and trains General Managers, develops financial performance objectives, and conducts assessments to maintain high levels of hospitality and service. Responsible for operational reviews, managing performance plans, and ensuring all locations follow company regulations. Communicates effectively with management teams and conducts regular meetings to address strategic goals.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in restaurant operations management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to conduct financial and operational reviews
- Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and cash handling procedures
- Capability to recruit, train, and develop management personnel
