Job Summary
District Manager responsible for driving BBC sales volume through BBC and distributor teams in Cincinnati and Dayton, OH; deliver the market plan by distributor, manage budget, and work with On/Off Premise National Accounts to drive programs at the account level. Role is field-based and requires living in the territory to visit accounts. Key duties include executing sales objectives, building beer-industry knowledge, hunting new business in multi-unit chains, delivering impactful presentations to wholesalers and retailers, planning with data, mentoring and developing district teams, managing travel ~70%, and achieving defined objectives within a defined geography. Preferred Bachelor’s degree and adult beverage industry experience.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years Consumer Package Sales including proven success with managing and developing a team and individuals
- Must be able to lift weight equivalent to one case of beer
- Valid driver's license, registered and insured vehicle, and ability to drive to and from accounts continuously
- Local travel to attend Retail and Distributor sales calls and meetings (~70%)
