Job Summary
District Manager oversees 8–12 store locations, acting as a key leader to drive financial performance and develop high-performing teams. Responsibilities include conducting weekly service-center assessments, hiring, training, and performance management of store staff, driving EBITDAR and sales targets, maintaining safety and compliance, handling customer complaints, overseeing inventory and operational efficiency across stores, and coaching store managers for career growth. Requires 5+ years in automotive repair and retail sales with management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite, ability to travel regularly, and a valid in-state driver’s license. Compensation includes a base salary around $90,000 with potential bonuses; includes benefits such as medical, dental, life, 401(k), and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in automotive repair and retail sales, including management experience
- Strong knowledge of tires, tire-related services, and mechanical repairs is highly desirable
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in training, coaching, and motivating teams
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a high level of personal integrity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Suite
- Comfortable speaking and presenting in small to medium-sized groups
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure
- Willingness to travel regularly and spend significant time on-site as needed
- Valid in-state driver’s license and insurability under company vehicle policy
