Job Summary
Develop and monitor district business plans with marketing colleagues, securing product supply channels and establishing interactive promotion activities. Build strong relationships with key customers to influence correct Amgen product prescriptions and manage brand credibility. Lead team personnel through coaching, mentoring, and hiring while driving performance management and professional development. Set budget plans, execute financial controls, and ensure full compliance of team business activities. Manage team objectives aligned with company strategy to achieve business targets.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years-BU representative experience within pharmaceutical industry
- At least 2 years' experience in -BU management of major or joint venture Pharma. Company
- University Degree and above
- Medication
