Job Summary
Oversee multiple cleaning locations in the New York Metro Area by conducting weekly site inspections, resolving deficiencies within 24 hours, and managing daily staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage. Lead teams through hiring, onboarding, training custodial technicians, and performance reviews while monitoring attendance and addressing employee issues. Handle on-call emergencies evenings and weekends, submit service requests, create supply orders, and report accidents to HR and Operations. Maintain KPIs within the region and update account spreadsheets as directed. Fluent English and Spanish speakers with commercial cleaning experience are required.
Required Qualifications
- Must speak fluent English and Spanish
- Clean DMV report & License
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be considered for employment
