Job Summary
District Manager responsible for overseeing the performance and operations of multiple pet-care centers within an assigned district, with full accountability for revenue, expenses, and profitability. Partners with Center Managers to drive operational excellence, coach and develop teams, ensure policy and service standards, monitor financial performance including monthly P&L, maintain labor-law compliance, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Leads recruitment, training, and rollout of programs, represents the company in the community, spends time in centers, and travels up to 25% as needed. Requires strong leadership, communication, hands-on operating approach, and comfort working in pet-care environments.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-unit management experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in pet care or a related service industry preferred
