Job Summary
Lead the General Manager leadership team to support company growth goals and ensure each restaurant upholds standards while enhancing guest and team member experiences. Translate business strategy into daily execution by coaching GMs, analyzing P&Ls, and driving profitability through sales, labor, and inventory optimization. Cultivate high performance by developing internal talent, identifying external candidates, and enforcing food safety protocols through direct observation and Servsafe compliance. Manage restaurant assets by resolving chronic maintenance issues and oversee staffing pipelines via succession planning and performance management. Resolve employee relations disputes and roll out new policies to ensure proper implementation across the district.
