Job Summary
District Manager for Automotive Tire Retail overseeing a multi-location East Bay portfolio. Lead performance, people, and operational excellence across dealerships; drive tire and MLR growth, optimize pricing/inventory, and translate market insights into revenue strategies. Build and coach a high-performance team of Tire Service Advisors and frontline leaders, with hiring, coaching, performance evaluations, and succession planning. Maintain field presence in dealerships to drive execution, improve conversion and ticket value, and ensure adherence to Dealer Tire’s service model. Influence dealership leadership and OEM partners to adopt best practices, drive growth initiatives, and programs launches. Requires data-driven decision making, strong coaching and leadership skills, and ability to partner with Service Managers, General Managers, Parts Managers, and OEM stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Proven success leading multi-site operations or district-level teams
- Strong ability to coach, influence, and drive behavior change in the field
