Job Summary
Oversee retail repair shop operations within a district by supervising store managers, assigning workloads, and coaching team members to meet sales and profit goals. Develop business strategies for revenue growth while ensuring quality consistency across approximately 18 locations in Southern California. Resolve customer concerns, address performance issues affecting profits, and enforce company policies alongside local, state, and federal laws. Manage inventory control and reach financial objectives through effective communication and analytical problem-solving. Travel between locations to maintain operational standards and drive profitability in the automotive aftermarket industry.
Required Qualifications
- Auto repair shop management position or equivalent business experience in the automotive industry
- Previous experience in managing and coaching team members to success through effective communication
- Business development and strategy implementation knowledge
- Problem-solving using analytical, creative, and critical-thinking skills
- Proven ability to develop and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual plans with clearly defined goals
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales and profit goals
- Flexibility to adapt to changes in business operations
- Possess valid California driver's license
- Ability to work a minimum of five days, Monday-Friday
