Job Summary
District Manager to oversee Austin operations for Doodie Calls, LLC. Manage and coordinate yard activity; supervise Drivers, yard workers, and technicians; coordinate routes with Planning to optimize pick-ups and deliveries; analyze operational metrics such as routing efficiency, labor, overtime, fuel, and customer care; ensure cross-departmental communication and issue resolution; collaborate with Fleet Director on asset transfers; maintain staffing levels to meet branch needs; assist Events Director with logistics for special events; review driver paperwork and payroll-related forms; approve time-off requests; administer the safety program for drivers; coordinate safety training with Safety & HR; oversee employee development and performance reviews; drive/operate a variety of company vehicles; and perform duties in a local Austin, TX area setting.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a District Manager or similar role
- Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent
- Valid Drivers License or similar classification to operate a pump truck
- Ability to work and drive in a variety of weather conditions
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds at times
- Local to the Austin, TX area
