Ensure all business operations align with company standards while coordinating with reports to make recommendations for senior management aimed at growing market share and improving customer experience. Drive growth by applying innovative approaches to stay updated with competition and ensure each store delivers value and excellence to clients. Collaborate with the Retail Operations Manager to maintain consistent marketing efforts across all stores.
